I had an igniter issue with one of my burners so Forno arranged a tech to replace the wiring. Gage said this was his first time working on a Forno, but he did a phenomenal job - he operates like he has 20 years of experience. He was punctual, polite and efficient . His customer service is simply excellent. It was a pleasure to have Mister Appliance service my gas range !

Gage with Mr.Appliance arrived on time. My washer needed to be repaired. It was leaking water. It introduced hisself to me. He checked the machine. Told me the problem and the estimate to repair.I consented to the estimate. He made the repair. He let the washer run through a cycle to make sure it did not leak. He assured me if I had any problems to give them a call. I was very satisfied with his work and professionalism. I would use them again if needed.

Gage came to my house and fixed my washing machine. He was very prompt in his arrival and very professional. He asked me my problem and told me what he would be doing. He did a great job. It's obvious he is a hard worker and takes pride in his job. You are blessed to have him working for you.

Mr Appliance is a wonderful business to call if you need your dishwasher repaired or looked at to see what’s exactly wrong with it. We called them on Friday and they made an appointment for the following Monday. Our appliance repair man (Colby ) sent us a text confirmation along with his name and picture and the time he estimated he would arrive at our home. Then on Monday morning he sent another text to confirm the appointment time was still good for us. Mr Appliance always gives you a full inspection of the appliance and then gives you the choice to repair it with the cost or buy a new one. We decided to let him repair it, saving us the shopping for a new one. We are happy we made that decision because we really liked our LG front control dishwasher and it’s just like new and even more quiet than before. Thank You, Colby for being a great Mr Appliance repair man. He was very courteous, respectful, and a gentleman in every way to my husband and I .
