The repair people were great and professional. I was sent a text ahead of time as to who would be showing up with their picture, and they called when they were headed to my house. The local office was good to work with on finding the needed part and how much it would be. I did have trouble with their scheduling service though. We scheduled for service during a 5 hour window from 12 to 5 in the afternoon as the morning wasn't good. I was to get a call the day before to reduce the window down to 2 hours. I got a text after 6pm saying my 2 hour window was in the morning, not the afternoon as planned, when I wasn't available. I called their call center back who said the local office would call me back, which they never did because they never received the call centers message. I had to follow up with the local office the next day.

Ed came. Ed saw. Ed conquered. Long live, Ed! We lost a pipe cleaner in the condensation drain of our Liebherr. Ed make quick work of retrieving the pipe cleaner and made sure that the drain was working properly. As always, Ed was professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful.

I don't usually give 5 stars, but this group of professionals are great. This was the 3rd time we've used them, and all results were all positive. Don't want to call them again, but if I need help. they will be the first on my list as there is not a second.
