I called Mr Appliance because I was having a problem with my dishwasher and they were able to send a technician out within a couple of days. Douglas arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part needed was ordered and he returned to finish the repair. I would definitely use Mr Appliance again for other repairs.
