The technician Jordan was very friendly and quickly figured out that my problem was with the electrical supply and not my dryer. They didn’t even charge me for the visit! Very trustworthy and I will definitely call them again if I ever need appliance service!

Mr. Appliance was the second or third company my home warranty company got to come fix a broken fridge. Not only did they actually conduct the repair (which the other companies didn't even attempt), they also went to bat for me when the home warranty company (American Home Shield) wasn't doing what they were supposed to. I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance highly enough! Jose was professional, friendly, answered all of my questions, and he did a fantastic job cleaning up after himself. You guys rock!
