Pete was out at a neighbor's house. I walked up to his van and asked him if he had a couple minutes to talk about my frozen solid and not working ice maker. He took the time to come look at it, shared information about his experience working on that specific ice maker, and helped me come up with a plan for next steps.

I called Mr Appliance after being extremely disappointed with LG's process for a repair to my washing machine. LG wanted to run my credit card for $415 in advance to come out and see what was wrong under the "warranty" on the unit. That was ridiculous before coming out. I called & Mr Appliance made an appointment for me for a $129 service call. They would apply that to my repairs if i decided to move forward. Pete from their service deparment came out to my house. He was very professional & friendly. After explaining what my machine was doing he did some troubleshooting. Within about 15 minutes he showed me a quarter that he pulled out from in between a space in the drum. While he had every opportunity to take advantage of my situation he did not. He explained how that can happen and prevent the spin cylce & agitator from working properly. In short within 30 minutes my washer was working again perfectly. I would highly recommend this company for any repairs you may need. Thank You Pete! Much Appreciated!!! My total bill after his visit was less than 1/3 of what LG wanted to charge me under "warranty" without ever setting foot in my house. While I'm far from happy with LG, I am overly satisfied with Mr Appliance. Highly Recommended!!!
