These guys fixed my high-end induction stove after two repairmen from the manufacturer insisted that there was nothing wrong with it. The stove did not turn on on the first try and the repairmen said it was an energy saving feature. Lol. The Mr. appliance guy replaced two parts and now it works great.

Dryer was not spinning. The belt snapped and needed to be replaced. Since it was an older dryer they had to order the belt from the manufacturer. The belt was delivered and the repairman came back and installed the new belt. Problem solved.

Satisfied with the service I received. Tech arrived within the time frame given and was very knowledgeable about my appliances. My only comment would be about the three separate service fees. I had three appliances to be checked and expected to pay just one service fee but they treated each appliance as a separate repair. It probably would have cost the same if they had a higher fee for more than one repair but it just seemed strange to have to make three payments instead of just one. Will use Mr Appliance again in the future.
