Thomas came to fix my dryer, and he was fantastic! He identified the issue quickly and fixed it even more quickly! He showed up right on time, at the beginning of the two hour window appointment time. I highly recommend Mr Appliance to everyone! He was very friendly and professional!

Dryer needed repair, received an estimate which help use decide the best path forward. Repair was our choice. Parts ordered and installed within a week. Works perfect and the communication was great. Also had a diagnostic notification on the dryer which was my bad by using a flat vent. Had know idea that an issue. Suggestion from Mr. Appliance to go to the round 4” to comply with the dryer specifications. No more issues. Appreciate the speed to get to our home and complete the repair. Great work. Recommend

We had a dryer break down. Our technician, Thomas, was wonderful. During the 1st visit, he diagnosed the problem. The part was ordered and mailed to our house. On his 2nd visit he installed it and also checked our air flow and cleaned out the inside of the dryer. We were impressed with his skill and professionalism. It was worth it!

Wonderful company. Showed up exactly when they said they would and actually gave me options that would save me money. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with appliances.

My technician Nick was friendly, timely, and explained everything to me in a way that someone without repair knowledge could understand. Would recommend this company and especially technician to anyone.

The tech did an amazing job. He was very kind and even showed my kids what a few of the tools were. I just wasnt impressed with the office people. They were polite, but they messed up my order so I had to wait 4 more days for my fridge to be fixed.

Technician was very skilled and helpful. He respected my house and my refrigerator. Highly recommended.

Very courteous and professional

I was very pleased with the speed in which I was able to get help with my dryer. I called after 4pm on Monday and we were able to get an appointment first thing Tuesday morning. The tech, Justin, quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired our dryer in under one hour with a replacement part he already had on-hand. Not only that, but he gave us a great suggestion for future maintenance. Overall, I am very grateful for how easy and efficient the process was.

Mr. Appliance has always been my go to when my appliances breakdown. Excellent service very pleased with appointment times and their services. I can’t say enough about Mr. Appliance, specifically Robert. I had scheduled an appointment online after having the gas company come out because I thought my gas oven was releasing carbon monoxide. I received confirmation of the appointment and then Robert called to review my needs. He reminded me that all gas ovens do release a small amount of carbon monoxide. He then asked me several questions about the condition and care of the oven. I didn’t have all the info as it was left by the previous owner. He suggested I remove the tinfoil (which you shouldn’t leave in the oven) and perform the self cleaning before he sent the technician (and I pay for the service fee). That did the trick! I was so impressed and thankful for his knowledge and consideration. They now have a customer (when needed) for life. The integrity he showed spoke volumes! Thank you!

1st time using Mr.Appliance. I had replaced dryer heating element my self 2 years ago to the month and it went out the night before I left out of town for work. Called these guys and they were there the next day after I called, and fixed it. Thomas, the tech, was very professional and cleaned everything up like he wasn't even there. Would highly recommend!
