Kevin was exceptional...when he got into the washer to replace the motor and realized it was a simple wiring issue...he fixed just that and didn't overcharge me by putting an unnecessary motor in there...or even pretending like he put a new one in there and charging...I have seen that happen before...will definitely use Mr. Apliance in the future
