My experience has been fabulous. From the initial call to Mr. Appliance of Fayetteville and their response to provide the next day service, they kept me informed with timely texts. Zach was able to diagnose the problem and had the part on his truck to repair the microwave. I was not aware that a replacement of what I had in the house was near $3k and the repair cost was very reasonable. Thank you Zach for the repair.

Aaron was great with scheduling the appointment quickly. Both technicians were on time, efficient, thorough and very professional. Fridge is an old massive built-in but they sourced the part in only two days over a weekend. Saved us thousands of dollars with a simple repair.

Did great work. The only negative I have is that the repairman was here for 15 minutes to adjust a bolt on my dishwasher and it cost me over $200.

Mr Appliance was good for timeliness, friendliness, and professionalism. Got the problem diagnosed quickly, and as soon as the part was shipped, it was installed. I was up and going as quick as possible! My tech, Zachary was really personable, and explained everything that he was doing along the way. I recommend Mr Appliance 100 percent.

My technician Neal was super nice, very professional and thorough. He took great pains to make sure that his repair took care of the problem I was having with my washer. I was very comfortable having him in my home (he even wore shoe covers over his boots to not dirty my floor). I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Excellent customer service. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and wonderful communication skills. Diagnosed the problem with my under counter ice maker and ordered the appropriate part. Returned within the week for the repair and also secured my dishwasher which was tilting forward. Very reasonable pricing. Will definitely use again and recommend to everyone.
