Did everything we said they were going to do and did it in a very timely manner!

Only downside was they are extremely booked out, so I had to wait a week for my ordered part to be placed. Otherwise, fast service and if they have openings, they will call and ask if you'd like to get an earlier appointment. Will definitely use again if I have needs. I also appreciate the waived diagnostic fee if you follow through the repair with them.

From start to finish it was a wonderful, professional experience. Called because my washing machine was knocking hard during spin cycle and wouldn’t complete the cycle. I googled and after looking thru many repair shops , chose them. Justin came out the following day after my call. He was so sweet, professional, and explained to me in detail what the issue was. Justin seen my cat and dog and said he has 2 cats. I explained to him that I lost my cat’s sibling(litter mate) 3 weeks prior. At the age of 3, out the blue. He showed empathy and allowed me to show him the dedication video on my phone . I want him to know that it meant a lot to me to be able to talk about . I needed that…❤️ the parts were ordered and came in about 2 days but I had to wait an additional 4 days for them to get me on the schedule. They kept me in the loop and responded to my calls . I didn’t care about the wait because my machine was down for 2 months so it was nothing to wait a few extra days. Justin came back today and completed the job and I am back to washing the clothes and not having to wring them out by hand any longer lol. Pricing was fair, Job done well, no mess and was quick and efficient. I thank you all especially Justin for get me back up and running. I will definitely use them again and refer to others . Blessings
