Mr. Good Appliance is an honest company. I called regarding an LG fridge having some issues and they warned me about how some stuff for LG cant be repaired due to manufacturing etc. instead recommended I called LG and i did. Their warning also saved us from having another company come and charge us for a fee to check fridge and then inform us they can’t fix it. Thank you for the honesty.

I was able to get an appointment the next morning even though I booked late in the evening. Charles was fantastic. He arrived on the early end of the service window. He took the time to explain the repair and took care to ensure that everything was clean and working before he left. If I need an appliance repaired in future I will certainly use Mr. Appliance.
