We had our burners repaired on our gas stove. After the part came in, the 2nd appointment was set, and repair was completed quickly.

Mr. Appliance, Fenton: Diane in their office was very pleasant and helpful. She explained service charges and what happens if their tech is unable to fix our refrgerator. The technician, Don, was equally pleasant, did a repair, but said if it didn't work, the cost to replace to potential problem (compressor) not worth the age of refrigerator. Sadly, the compressor did quit again after he left, but only being charged for service call. I would use them in the future if needed.

Error code on our dishwasher indicated we needed a new pump. Charles came out within two days, ordered part & came back two days later to repair. I would have waited a month with other companies. Thank you for your efficiency and reasonable pricing.

Couldn’t ask for a better service tech! Noah was efficient and quick in his work and provided a concise and honest route to a solution for our issue. My issue requires a fridge replacement, however he said that many other dishonest companies just provide a short term band-aid for a quick buck. Will be returning for service and requesting Noah!

I appreciated being able to schedule an appointment online. Customer service followed up with a call to confirm my information and explain what to expect. Noah arrived on time and was ready to figure out the problem. The control panel was the culprit. Noah did a great job answering all my questions and offering solutions. When another appliance has issues, I will definitely call Mr. Appliance again.

What do you do when you're leaving town and your fridge goes out? I called Diane at Mr. Appliance and she had someone at my door the very next morning. Don was super nice and very professional! Thought I would have to spend thousands to replace. Instead, he had me up and running with just a minor repair. Very reasonable. Extremely fast. Highly recommend Mr. Appliance. You won't be disappointed!
