We had 2 mechanics come to our house for our dishwasher, the first to evaluate who’s been advised we need to replace it. The second came to install the dishwasher on both incidents. They were very polite clean always considered our house to be kept in the best condition possible. Glen was first to respond and was very helpful and advising about our old washer. Second was Dominic who came to install, but unfortunately the company did not send the mounting hardware to do so. The next time I had a mechanic come to install the dishwasher. It was Glenn again and very professional very kind and very easy to talk to. Great job by all.

I had a great experience with Mr. Appliance; from the initial phone call through the completion of my repair. The appointment was easy to schedule and the experience was exactly as described. I received a time window the day before the visit, the technician called ~1 hr before arrival, and made it to my house within the time window. My technician, Hyon, answered all of my questions and was able to get the part and complete the repair in the same day. We will be using Mr. Appliance for any of our needs in the future. Thanks!
