He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts in a timely manner. He made sure the parts came in to meet a short time line because my house was up for sale and the stove required repair. Likewise, the front office was excellent in keeping me informed and unduly part came on time. Live this company. Price was very good and the overall customer care was excellent. Thank you.
