Had a great experience with Mr. Appliance that started with the very friendly customer service representative on the phone. Our technician Dean was very professional and polite and answered all of my questions. He wore shoe coverings and laid down mats which is such a rare occurrence in the service industry. Loved the notifications leading up to his arrival as well. Our dryer is up and running now! Thank you!
We had Andrew as our technician. He was wonderful, very friendly and knowlegable. We would definely have this company again. Very pleased with our experience.
