Ethan was thorough, kind, neat and explained everything very well so I knew exactly what he was doing and what the issue was. And he was able to fix our refrigerator. He cleaned up and left everything as he found it.

I dealt with 2 of their techs, Ethan and Randy. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional. I'll know tomorrow morning if recharging the refrigerant took care of my freezer.

This was our first time using Mr. Appliance and it was a great experience. They diagnosed the problem the first week, ordered the part, and followed up the next week to install it. Great communication and service. We will be using for appliance repair in the future.

The company has been very helpful and professional. They outlined at the start that the repair would take 2 visits-- one for diagnosis and the 2nd to replace the faulty parts. The technician, Tyler, did a great job. He texted before arrival, was very tidy in his work, very professional, and highly competent. THANK YOU MR. APPLIANCE AND THANK YOU TYLER.

Both gentlemen who came to my home were very professional and knowledgeable. They identified the issue on our Fisher & Pakel dryer. The second gentleman Ethan took the dryer apart and replaced the belt. My 20 year old top load clothes dryer is back up and running. I can't say enough about the service and repair.
