Repairman was very knowledgeable and professional. He searched more than one company to find the correct igniter for my stove. Mr. Appliance company sends a picture of the repairman and expected time of arrival for each visit. “Customer Service” is their middle name.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review for Mr Appliance of Georgetown. Our goal is to try and give every customer a 5 star experience for start to finish. Things have changed in 2021 and it's become more difficult to find parts. We have expanded our part networks to other whole sellers and using ALL avenues to try and get our customers repairs done quickly. If you ever need anything just give us a call and we will help anyway we can.

Tyler showed up right on schedule and promptly diagnosed our dishwasher issue. He took the time to explain what happened and made the repair in a timely and professional manner. Ed was very polite and professional. He showed up during the scheduled two hour window, figured out the problem with the dryer, and fixed it (still in the two hour arrival window). If another appliance needs repair in the future, I will definitely contact Mr. Appliance.
