Ed was very polite and professional. He showed up during the scheduled two hour window, figured out the problem with the dryer, and fixed it (still in the two hour arrival window). If another appliance needs repair in the future, I will definitely contact Mr. Appliance.

From Melissa in the office being very helpful and kind to Randy's knowledge and skills along with Nathaniel's skills and extra efforts to Lucas' kind help, it was a great experience all the way around. Service man very knowledgeable and got us up and running again
Thank you for giving ED and Mr. Appliance of Georgetown the opportunity to service your LG washer. LG makes good laundry products but they do use a drain pump that is know to fail. ALL our techs carry at least one, if not two, of the pumps on their vans so that we can be timely on the repair. If we can help you in any way in the future just give us a call.

Thank you for taking the time to leave Mr. Appliance of Georgetown and Randy a review. I am sorry it took us an extra day to get Randy there but the good new is you were able to go out to eat, LOL. Looks like Randy was able to get your Subzero cooling again just by adding freon. There is a chance this will leak back out but it's a good place to start. We work on all makes and models of residential appliances so if you ever have a problem again just give us a call.
