I am very pleased with Mr. Appliance. My issue was rapidly addressed. Phone calls are promptly returned and emails keep customers apprised of the repair status. Robert, my repair technician was not only professional but also knowledgeable. This is one company that will not disappoint you.
We highly recommend Mr Appliance! Our washer would not drain or spin and we couldn’t find a new one that fit in our present location. We called, related the problem, gave our washer information and made an appointment. Robert arrived having a probable diagnosis of the problem, brought the part needed and fixed the washer! The price was reasonable and we were delighted!!
Quick service! Friendly rep. Had the correct parts on hand and solved our problem within an hour!!
Both guys were very professional, worked hard on trying to get our refrigerators working.

I definitely would recommend this company to my friends. I called on Wednesday AM and Philip came that day! He was excellent. You could tell he knew what he was doing. He ordered the parts I needed for my oven and was back on Friday. I'm 100% satisfied. Thank you for helping me out.

Commercial washer was out of order for last two years.called different companies.none of them was able to fix it.Phil did the trick and figured out problem in first attempt.ordered part and it’s up and running.saved my 10,000 dollars washer.I was about to get rid of it.Highly recommended.

Had Mr. Appliance out for a leaking dishwasher. They were able to get us in quickly and got the repair completed. Very professional and respectful of our house. Highly recommend.

This company provides excellent service. Their quick response time and thorough repairs have saved us a ton of money - instead of replacing an appliance we are able to get more use of our current appliances. I highly recommend this company.
