Called on a Monday they came Wednesday, sent a pict of repairman . Was here on time, fixed problem and gave tips for future issue . Pleasant experience

Two guys came on different days and both came to my home on time. The guys, Philip and Brian, did a great job. Philip found what was needed to be fixed on my refrigerator and created a quote. Brian did the hard work fixing my refrigerator. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance of Glens Falls/Queensbury. I will use them again if needed.

Over the years just like everyone else I have had numerous appliances break down but nobody has ever given me the excellent service that I had received from Mr Appliance Phil the service tech was not only very professional but he was fast very knowledgeable and very neat he found the problem immediately and he corrected it in short time Next time I have a problem with any of my appliances I know who to call Thank you Mr Appliance for the Excellent service

Our tech, Philip, who repaired our dishwasher was knowledgeable and professional. He focused right in on the problem. Appointment time was reasonable. Communication about appointment time, confirmation and sending a text with a photo of our tech and when he was enroute was great. We'll definitely call them again if needed and are recommending them to friends and neighbors.
