I bought a new GE refrigerator that had a random loud buzzing+knocking sound. A warranty service man came to look at it and said there wasn’t anything wrong and there was nothing he could do. I lived with my woodpecke-sounding refrigerator a few more months, called the warranty service repair line again and was scheduled with Mr. Appliance. Margo Was the service man. Super professional, friendly, and brilliant! He worked on it a little while, listen to the voice memos of the sound. I had captured a new right away what it was. He came back with parts a couple weeks later and installed them. My refrigerator is now quiet and runs perfectly!!!

These folks really knocked it out of the park! They were able to get to my mountain location and get the dryer fixed within a couple of hours after I called. We run an Airbnb and it's bad when the dryer goes out before guests come in. It can be a set up for a bad experience and reviews. Thank you!
