Mr. Appliance was easy to work with ,responded quickly and Jose was so nice. Reasonable cost as well for a trip to Evergreen.

We used Mr. Appliance to install a washer and dryer. Difficult install due to tight quarters and a heavy lift to get the appliances up on some stands. The technicians did an outstanding job and accomplished the install in a very timely manner. I highly recommend their services.

Prompt and friendly service! GE sent a repair person to my house a week after I contacted them for warranty service on my induction range. That guy came from 80 MILES AWAY! When he arrived, he did not have the diagnostic tool that plugs into the back of the range. He called GE and guessed at what the needed repair would be. A month later, he still had not returned. I called GE to complain. They sent Mr. Appliance of Golden to my home (only 7 miles away) the next day. That guy had the diagnostic tool, ordered the parts, and returned 1 week later to fix the range. All good. 100% recommend!

I bought a new GE refrigerator that had a random loud buzzing+knocking sound. A warranty service man came to look at it and said there wasn’t anything wrong and there was nothing he could do. I lived with my woodpecke-sounding refrigerator a few more months, called the warranty service repair line again and was scheduled with Mr. Appliance. Margo Was the service man. Super professional, friendly, and brilliant! He worked on it a little while, listen to the voice memos of the sound. I had captured a new right away what it was. He came back with parts a couple weeks later and installed them. My refrigerator is now quiet and runs perfectly!!!
