The service representative, Robert, was most kind and courteous. He explained my options for repair of my washing machine. Even better, he had the part I needed with him and fixed it before he left. This was also the second time this company has fixed an appliance and I have been pleased both times.

Malone came out. Diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts while he was here. He came back the next morning with the new parts and got the job done in a reasonably short period of time. He's friendly and professional. He did a great job.

I would definitely recommend Mr. Appliance of Grand Rapids. Our oven wasn't working properly on Sunday night and we contacted them right away this morning and the technician had it fixed before 1 pm with a one year warranty. Ignore the angry negative reviews and I will definitely use this place for all of my appliance needs. Thanks again!!!

Scheduled online for next day..they called an hour later & got us in same day!!! Our technician was polite, friendly and able to diagnose & fix our oven in under an hour!!!
