Brian was very professional and informative about our problem with our chest freezer. He expertly diagnosed the problem, and told us openly when it would be less expensive to replace the whole unit (the compressor was shot). Even though we didn't get it fixed, I'm very happy with the level of service we received. Thank you for your help, Brian!

2nd time utilizing this company- first they repaired an older fridge. This time they repaired an older dishwasher. Both are still doing what they oughta!

An amazing appliance repair company! They work with your schedule, were always in time and sent a pic of the tech ahead of the appointment. Tech arrived and put booties on to protect our floors. Our tech, Tesfa, was very knowledgeable, courteous and showed me each step of his process. He answered all my curious questions and tolerated my yappy dog. He was very patient around my autistic son as well. Once the dryer part arrived (we have an old model), Tesfa returned and was very efficient in dismantling and fixing the dryer. Pricing was reasonable, more economic than the larger competitors. I will 100% call them back for any appliance repair and recommend this company to my neighbors!
