An amazing appliance repair company! They work with your schedule, were always in time and sent a pic of the tech ahead of the appointment. Tech arrived and put booties on to protect our floors. Our tech, Tesfa, was very knowledgeable, courteous and showed me each step of his process. He answered all my curious questions and tolerated my yappy dog. He was very patient around my autistic son as well. Once the dryer part arrived (we have an old model), Tesfa returned and was very efficient in dismantling and fixing the dryer. Pricing was reasonable, more economic than the larger competitors. I will 100% call them back for any appliance repair and recommend this company to my neighbors!

Been putting off the fridge repair for a couple years since it worked fine (leaky water line I assumed). Daniel came out and found the problem (thanks best buy open box), ordered the part, and installed it within a week! Great service all around.

Our technician Tesfa was amazing! He was very thorough and fixed our dryer as well as clearing our very clogged dryer vents that we had cleaned just a few weeks ago. I’m not thrilled about the dryer going out of commission, but it brought Mr. Appliance into our lives. They are now our dryer vent and appliance repair service. I highly recommend their service!
