Louis was a true professional and gentleman. We couldn't be happier with the job he did. When our manufacturer neglected to send coolant to finish the job that was under their warranty, Louis went the extra mile to have some brought out to our house to get the job done for us. Both service visits (diagnostic, and then installing ordered parts) were excellent. The technicians arrived and started at the beginning of the provided service windows. There was a 15 minute warning phonecall from the technician, as well as an email. After the service the issues were explained, and due to the age of my washer what other things I should look out for in the coming years. I will definitely use them again.
