My experience with this company for a fridge repair was excellent. They were prompt and courteous, sending appointment reminders through texts and emails. Pricing information was clear with no surprises. The tech Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He took the time to listen, then diagnose and explain what the issue was, ordered the replacement part, and returned as soon as the part was ready for install. When I thought there still might be an issue after the repair, Anthony returned and basically found a design flaw in the fridge door closing mechanism. He explained a work around and I've not had any more issues since. Thanks Anthony and the rest of the team for a job well done!

I would very much recommend their services. I called them on a Sunday afternoon and by Monday at 11 they had already replaced the broken part of my fridge. Corbin was super professional and left everything cleaned.

Excellent communication from the company. The day before I get a text and email for a 2 hour window when the tech arrives. The tech named Thomas did an excellent job. Very professional and covered his shoes when coming into the house. He troubleshot the problem, ordered the parts, and came back once the parts were shipped. Very impressed with the company. My home warranty company (American Home Shield) hired Mr. Appliance. I only had to pay $125 for the service visit and my refrigerator and ice maker is fixed. Would highly recommend Mr. Appliance. Very professional!
