Our technician Matt was very friendly and professional. Was able to diagnose our issue quickly and make the repair. What was really great about Mr. Appliance is they were willing to work on our unusual range when many wouldn’t.

My technician was a real gentleman . We arrived on the day and in the time window. He is good at his job. It only took him 10 minutes to diagnose my problem with our refrigerator. It was a electronic board . It took 3 day for the part to come in. He was out that afternoon. When he put the board in the refrigerator. It started working. So he knew what was rong. Since it works now. The final bill was his original quote. So no surprises. Thank you Mr. Appliance.

Great service from a better man. Victor was professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my dryer, showed me the repair as he was fixing my dryer. Cleaned up the area and made what could have been a disaster a simple fix, with a one year warranty. Definitely would use them again.

Mathew was on time, diagnose the problem, ordered the parts, trouble shot the issues and told us exactly what he was gonna do and cost. I can’t ask much more than that other than he was very cordial.
