Arrived within the time they scheduled, Ryan was very professional explaining the repairs needed,gave a written estimate before the repairs were done highly recommend

I had been calling several appliance repair companies without any luck. Most of them had long delays or they didn't respond to my call. Mr. Appliance had a technician (Matt) at my house the next day to diagnose my issue and order the parts. Matt then came back several days early when the parts arrived and he fixed my dishwasher. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance.

Matthew was very personable and reviewed all the potential ways we could use to take care of the issues we were having with our stove (including cost). He answered all our questions and gave us some information about maintenance/cleaning. All in all we would highly recommend Mr. Appliance and Matthew to anyone.

Communication and punctuality and quick service is great with Mr. Appliance. Also appreciate the text and picture of tech scheduled for appointment before arrival! They repaired my washer satisfactorily!!!!

Aaron came this morning to install the stove and oven parts he ordered after his visit last Wednesday. My oven suddenly quit working and two burners wouldn't light for some time. The parts came early so he gladly moved up my repair date. He got here exactly when he said and was done within 30 minutes. All of my burners work now and my oven heats right up just in time for Thanksgiving! Also, he is very cheerful and pleasant! Thanks Aaron!
