Stephen was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me with something else on the stove that I didn’t put down. Would ask for him again and love how they send you a picture of the repairman coming along with his name. Already recommended to a friend. Job well done

Mathew was on time, diagnose the problem, ordered the parts, trouble shot the issues and told us exactly what he was gonna do and cost. I can’t ask much more than that other than he was very cordial.

The tech showed up a little bit earlier than we were originally told, but we were just happy to see him. Our freezer and fridge had stopped working. Only took him very little time for diagnostic and repair and our fridge is now running like it should!

Mr. Appliance has been our go-to appliance repair company for years. We have always requested the same service technician, Matthew but he was unavailable this time. So, our tech was Victor. He informed us that he had been trained by Matthew 14 years ago! He was very competent, personable and respectful. He worked diligently and effectively and gave us helpful advice for future use of our washing machine to keep this appliance in good working order. We also really appreciated the fast service appointment!

Our washer broke and needed the seal replaced. I was able to get an appointment same day, Tuesday, and they were able to have it fixed by Friday! Very happy with the speed and service.

They were easy to schedule and on time. He did a great job fixing my GE Dryer. Communication of the problem diagnosis and quote were quick. Parts came directly to the house and I was up and running quickly!!

Was a very nice man who had to put up with my 2 labradoodle who thought they would help him! He replaced the ignitor in my oven and was gone! All in under a hr!
