They were prompt, friendly and efficient. I’d had 2 other Maytag repairmen from other companies work on my washing machine but it still didn’t work right. Mr. Appliance repairman did a master reset of the unit control panel and now it works like it should. I’m happy we found them! I will use them again.

I have faith in repairmen again- Victor was professional and friendly. Even though one of my issues with my refrigerator ended with a Whirlpool manufacturing defect he replaced whole cooling system on the fridge and submitted his findings directly to whirpool.Great service and would highly recommend!

100% recommend! If you need any appliance work done, don’t bother looking any place else! Staff is friendly, attentive, and very responsive. Randy was our technician and he was extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed our dryer issue but explained why the issue was happening. He then gave great advice on how to keep all of our appliances running smoothly. 1yr warranty on all work done is a major plus too. Mr. Appliance will be my first call for any future appliance work!
