The experience was great. Mr Appliance was able to schedule me on a timely basis. They updated me the name of the tech and when to expect him. The tech explained each step and the price was reasonable.

It took a while for the parts to be delivered but once they came in the guys did an excellent job repairing my refrigerator.

The oven went on the fritz two days before Thanksgiving. Mr Appliance located a part and returned to install it two days later. Very considerate and efficient of them . Love the dedication to the customer.👍
