Very happy with the service we received from Mr. Appliance of Green Bay. Nate was our repairman. He did a great job diagnosing the problem with our LG range, ordered the parts and had it working within a week. I also liked the notifications I recieved including Nate's picture so I knew who was coming to fix my stove. Thank you very much Mr Appliance and Nate. Would definitely recommend you to anyone who needed appliance repair.

They were able to come several days early from my scheduled appointment. He very quickly identified the problem and had my dryer fixed to better than it was before the belt broke and the door clasp wasn’t working.

Hunter came and assessed our washing machine. We have a 20 year old Kenmore front load. When we had a heavy load in there, it banged around like it was off kilter. He checked everything and then ordered 4 new springs/shocks. He returned a week later and replaced them. All 4 were broken in pieces. Washer works great now.

On Sunday night we noticed water accumulating under our washing machine. We called Mr. Appliance on Monday morning. Early Monday afternoon, Hunter arrived, diagnosed the problem, chased down a part, and fixed our washing machine. Great experience overall, and Hunter really went above and beyond! :)

Our 2021 GE Washer needed a new drain pump. We contacted Mr Appliance and they sent Nate out in a very timely manner. Nate was able to diagnose the problem on Fri., April 25. On Friday, May 2 the drain pump was replaced and our washer is now running perfectly. I found Nate to be helpful, knowledgeable and extremely kind. If you're in need of appliance repair, don't hesitate to contact Mr. Appliance!

We were very happy with the customer service. We received frequent text updates regarding parts and deliveries as well as scheduling. The serviceman was very efficient, answered any questions we had, and finished his work quickly. He explained how to monitor the repair/replacement he made to be sure it was working as it should. Very pleased with his work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Mr. Appliance is the #1 business in Green Bay to get diagnostics and repairs on your appliances This was the second time Hunter has came to our home, this time for the refrigerator. His troubleshooting and problem solving abilities once again allowed us to save an appliance. Hunter is great to communicate with and goes above and beyond. He even called me the next day to see if our refrigerator was staying cold. 10/10
