Jordan was very professional knowledgeable and arrived on time.

The technician Jordan has provided service at my home on two occasions. He was prompt, and courteous. He identified and repaired the problem each time. I give my overall experience with Mr. Appliance an A+.

The service man showed up at the appointed time, determined the problem and needed to order the part. About 3-4 days later he left me a text to call him, which I did 3 times and never heard back from him. So I called the 'boss' and of course he was apologetic and advised me of the situation. They could get a rebuilt Samsung ice maker immediately or wait 60-90 days for a new one from Samsung (China). I asked about a price differential but got no response but Momma's happy so I'm happy. Thank you Mr. A for the quick service. I would recommend them for future appliance needs but their communications are not the best. Updated 7/2: The 'boss' contacted me to advise the price differential of rebuilt vs. new and said he was issuing me a credit, which I didn't expect but do appreciate his 'get back' on this issue. I added the beloved '5-star' for his follow-up explanation and the credit. Thanks Daniel

Carlos was thorough in his assessment of the issue and provided details of what was needed to fix our washer and all costs associated with the work. He also let us know when he’d be arriving which was great since they give you a window of time when they’ll be here. Carlos fixed our washer & it’s running great. Best of all Carlos was respectful of our property, cleaned up up his work was completed and was great with our two large dogs!

I’m very satisfied with my technician. He was timely and straight up. I have not used my oven yet but I’m confident that all is well

They were great to work with. Came out to look at the issue and gave me comps on the work vs what it would cost for a new dryer. Came back today and replaced belt and shaft and other bits.. dryer working great.

I recently had to contact Mr.Appliance of Greensboro to repair my washing machine. The technician, Asis, was prompt, courteous and diagnosed the problem immediately. Due to having stackable units they had to come back to repair it. (Which was fine with me) Asis and Carlos came back and immediately got my washing machine back in motion.
