Our serviceman Ulises was awesome. He arrived on time and walked me through the repair on my GE washer- dryer combo. Very polite and professional. Yes, I would recommend his service.
Quick and efficent.
called Mr.Appliance and they came out the next day.Tec was very professional.He diagnosied the problem and and had to order parts.They called me two days later and schedule the repairs.Again Tec was very nice fix the washer and he was very professional.I will use this company again,thanks for the quick service.And I got a text both times when the tec was on his way to my house.

The service person was not knowledgeable about the situation and was a parts changer could not figure out how to fix my problem
Hi Leon! Thanks for taking my phone call. Unfortunately, with your warranty company our service professional is just a parts changer. They send us the parts to replace before we go out and if those parts don't fix the issue we are required to call their triage center and they determine any additional parts they deem needed for the repair. Normally, our service professional diagnoses the issue and then from his wealth of knowledge determines what parts are needed for the repair. We take pride in having the best service professionals in the area.
They were very quick with their repair and very responsive. I loved, who I presume is the receptionist, she was so helpful and has a wonderful memory! I highly recommend this company, will be using them again if need be!!
