I was pleasantly surprised when I called for service to find out I could get an appointment for the same day. The technician showed up around 4:30 pm and went right to work. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the required part that I needed. I appreciated the quick attention to our issue and the professional job that was done. Will definitely be calling again when we need appliance repair.

Called Mr Appliance at 9 AM 3/14/25, and technician arrived 3 hours later. Allen was courteous, careful and skilled enough to fix are dryer malfunction in 18 minutes. Outstanding!
