My LG top loading washer was leaking water into the tub when it wasn’t running. Contacted Mr. Appliance and set up an appointment for this past Thursday. The technician, Allen, arrived within the time window. After discussing the problem with him, he ran a thorough check of the washer system. It was determined that the inlet water valve assembly had gone bad. Allen advised he would order the part and come back today (Monday), which he did. The part was replaced and again the washer was checked out. Allen did a great job. He was on time, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the handling of my washer problem. Thanks to Allen and Mr. Appliance for a job well done.

I was very pleased and Rikki, the technician was great, he was professional, very friendly and funny. He got the job done ! He explained what the problem was and fixed it. Dishwasher working good now !! If needed again I will definitely request him. 😃
