Panel fixed my dryer which had knocking noise. He did a good job and we are satisfied.

After poor customer service and long wait times for repairs with a DIFFERENT repair company, I am thrilled with the quick response with Mr. Appliance. They fixed my oven next day and if you need any kind of customer service, you can easily get a REAL person on the phone.

Great response time. Fantastic communication. They even send you a picture of the technician, so you know who to expect. My oven was repaired quickly. Very happy with the service!

Arrived on time. Worked efficiently and explained what he needed to do and did it.
It was a pleasant and easy experience booking the appt. The technician was knowledgeable about the issue and solved it professionally. My only disappointment was that I requested that the technician come as early as possible both times but he came at the very end of the appt window.

Pawel was very knowledgeable and competent at removing and changing the LED lights on our Jenn-Air refrigerator. He was able to troubleshoot and have the appliance working pretty quickly. Very respectful and easy to work with. Would definitely hire again for any appliance service in the future.

Chris was FANTASTIC ! He went so far out of his way to help me get my refrigerator up and running asap …. He went and got a part that he needed to fix it and I was SOO thankful to him for going the extra extra mile ! Such a really really terrific guy… and so kind and polite and sweet!
