Great company. Tristin, mechanic, was knowledgeable and just plain terrific. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, well done.
My technician, Bachir, was very thorough and knowledgeable on repairing gas dryers. He took the time to explain what he was doing while answering all my technical questions. I hope he is the tech that shows up the next time I call Mr. Appliance for repairs. Great Job!
Appointment setup was easy. Technician showed up when they said he would. Problem was diagnosed and he had the repair part in his truck. Problem was fixed and my dryer works again. 10/10 will call these guys first next time.

My washing machine died just before the spin cycle and it was filled with soaking wet towels. The lid was locked so I couldn't open it. I called Mr. Appliance and Bachir arrived less than 2 hours later. He got the lid open so I could get the dripping towels out and identified the part that needed replacement. It was in stock and he left to pick it up and returned about 2 hours later and completed the repair. I was able to continue with my laundry on the same day! Awesome service and awesome job. Thank you all!
