My Maytag dryer quit on me, having no idea who to call I turned to the internet. I made an online appt.. I got a quick response with a picture of who was coming, loved that. I had a super polite, knowledgeable tech come in and fix me up. My dryer was older so the part wasn’t available and they had to send my part off for repair. They told me it would be 2 weeks got it back in less than a week. They sent me a message immediately and scheduled an appointment. I’m very pleased with the quality service I received. I would call them again for any appliance repair. Kind courteous service, highly recommend.

Mr Appliance repair guy was great. On time and very nice and he explained what was wrong with each appliance that needed attention. And the company sent a picture of who to expect upon appt arrival. My second time to use their services too.

Joel came out to look at our dryer. He was friendly, on time and already had the part he thought we needed on hand. He is efficient and had the dryer repaired quickly. I highly recommend this company.

Mr. Appliance is the Best! The appointment setter was very professional and helpful! The Technician that was sent to my house to look at my washer was Jay, and he was very professional, and it did not take him long to find the issue with my washer. The part was ordered and Jay came back and did an awesome job with my washer repair! If anyone has any appliance issues, I highly recommend Mr. Appliance! I will definitely be using them again! And I will definitely be requesting Jay again! I give 10 out of 10 stars!

As an engineer its easy to judge if folks know their real knowledge not feeding me a line, avoiding having to do the job ETC. Unlike the 'factory trained Service technician sent twice to repair a double oven per what the oven displayed error code showed and what the Factory service bulletin said he did everything else. Joel from Mr. Appliance repaired not only the oven but the oven as well in half the time. If you want a happy wife and live a happy life avoid home warranty companies you can call and complain put that money in the bank and call Mr Appliance and get it done and done right. By the way just like the home warranty company you cannot call the factory trained service company either to complain. Do it once get it done right call Mr Appliance.

They showed up and assessed the issue with our fridge. Ordered the part and came back a few days later and fixed it. On top of that, they added a water cut-off at no charge so we could shut off just the water to the fridge if we had a leak in the future. They were great.
