Great friendly service. My contractor had just installed a whole kitchen worth of new appliances and I had Mr. Appliance come out to make sure they installed everything correctly. In addition to doing that and thoroughly checking to make sure the appliances worked correctly, Layne (our technician) took the time to explain how to properly use, clean, and maintain the appliances. I couldn’t be happier and definitely recommend both Mr. Appliance and Layne. Thanks for sending such a professional representative!

Would definitely recommend, though I didn't use them to fix my dishwasher. After calling to explain the problem, they were honest with me with a realistic quote for parts and labor, which almost exceeded the cost of the dishwasher. After cycling through a few repair shops, Mr. Appliance's candor was refreshing, and they didn't try to upsell me on services like other places. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance in the future.
