We had an issue with our dishwasher, gave Mr. Appliance a call and same day they not only had someone here, but resolved our problem. One thing I appreciate is that they not only give you a time to expect the technician, but also provide you a name and photo so that you know who you are expecting beforehand. In my case, Cody was a friendly technician, professional, and fixed our problem in his only visit. I would gladly recommend this company to anyone in the area.

Great service by fabulous technician! Oven stopped working 2 days before Christmas, but thanks to David making multiple trips out to repair/replace parts, we had it working in time for Christmas dinner!!

Showed up early, went right to work and diagnosed my dryer issue in less than 10 minutes. They had the parts in their can and were ae to fix my dryer in no time. Very polite young men. Will use this service, if needed, in the future and will definitely recommend them to anyone needing appliance services!

I contacted Mr Appliance of Horizon City about 8 months ago to diagnose an LG refrigerator issue. The technician determined the compressor was still under warranty so their company representative contacted LG to order the required parts. In the end, LG would not send all the needed parts (i.e. new circuit board) so Mr Appliance was not able to complete the service. They were diligent over the eight month span continually contacting LG trying to get them to fully honor the warranty. These wonderful people went above and beyond what most companies would have done to complete the repair to the refrigerator. Highly recommend Mr Appliance.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this company! Technicians are extremely knowledgeable, SUPER friendly and OVER THE MOON helpful when it comes to their work. From the second I placed the request, to welcoming the technicians then dealing with the office staff once the troubleshooting was done, parts ordered and rescheduling… there just are not enough stars to give this company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
