Got appointment scheduled to have someone come over the very next day. Gemayel showed up on time and was quick in diagnosing the problem. Since the required part had to be ordered (for our 2002-model washer), the repair was completed two days later. Gemayel was very professional in his approach and seemed quite knowledgeable about appliances. As a bonus, got some useful tips on dishwashers. Fully satisfied with the service and sure glad to have our washer up and running.
