Called July 3rd, expecting to have an appointment after the holiday weekend. David really wanted to assess things regarding my refrigerator Cooling issue quickly and he called me back and offered to come out that day. He showed up quickly and determined the problem. He had the part needed on his truck and replaced the faulty fan motor on the spot. Couldn’t be happier!

Five Stars Without Hesitation! Our washing machine stopped spinning late last week, and once again Mr. Appliance of Huntington, MD came through for us. David arrived on Monday—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue and ordered the control board we needed. By Wednesday, he was back with the part, installed and reprogrammed it in no time, and had us back in business—laundry pile shrinking fast! This is the third time we’ve relied on Mr. Appliance—first our stove, then our fridge, and now the washer. Every time, the service has been prompt, professional, and genuinely pleasant. We highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again!

David was knowledgeable and easily diagnosed the problem. He returned and fixed the issue. What really impressed me was that there was one part ordered that wasn’t needed. He said our part was still in good condition. I was impressed that in this day and age he didn’t just want to make the money off the item. Honesty goes a long way.

Mr. appliance came out today to check my 25 year-old dryer. My friend said they’re not going to be able to fix it. You’ll have to buy a new one. I was very sad because I just bought a new washing machine for the second time and a new oven. It was not what I was hoping for. Dave came in here took my dryer apart every last piece out vacuumed everything cleaned everything and it is working like a champ, and the price was nowhere near what I would have paid for a brand new dryer. I am happy and will recommend Mr. appliance to everyone as they were recommended to me by my daughter so thank you Mr. appliance and Dave.
