Robert Smith was our technician. He was super awesome and worked so fast to diagnosis the problem, as well as explaining every step of the way. Mr. Appliance did a fabulous job. They were the only place that worked on LG appliances and would come to Arab. The companies that LG recommend wouldn't come out. I appreciate that they were willing to come this way. They will have my business from now on.
