We have used them many times for washers and dryers that are used for multiple loads daily. They have been responsive in scheduling, prompt with appointment arrivals, technicians have always been clear in addressing issues, options and cost estimates. I confidently recommend them!

Brandon has come out 3 - 4 times. He replaced an electrical component that was burned out on one trip and then determined the cause to be something other than the dryer in the last trip.

Chris came and worked on our refrigerator this afternoon. He was excellent in all ways. Polite, informative and prompt. MOST of all, he did an amazing job fixing our fridge! I recommend Mr. Appliance AND Chris, for sure! We couldn’t be happier with the price also!
