Marco was the best...simply put. He diagnosed the balancing issue and discovered it needed the shocks that support the wash tub. Very efficient and described/explained as the washer was being fixed. Fairly priced. Will call on this company in the future.

Marco came out to diagnose our refrigerator issue. He found a fan was not working and immediately asked me for a box fan to put behind the refrigerator to keep the condenser cool, until a part can be ordered and installed. I really appreciate that he was trying to save our condenser from any damage due overheating. I will definitely use Mr. Appliance HEB for my appliance repair needs.

First off all, before they ever came out, they sent a picture of the repair man who was coming out. Absolutely loved that. Once Marco got here, he was very professional, courteous and was quick to help. Once he fixed the refrigerator, he also worked on the stove top at a discounted rate for the second thing needing repairs. We will definitely using Mr. Appliance of HEB again.

Every part of this transaction was outstanding. Scheduling was easy and I received a fast reply. Communication was great. Marco was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the problem and ordered the part. He came back within 2 business days and my dryer was up and running! I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance!

Oven was not heating up correctly. Mr.Appliance was contacted and Marco came out at assigned time. He was able to identify the issue quickly. He did not have the part on the truck and had to order it. Rescheduled and arrived on time and was quick to replace the part. Marco was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone needing that type of service.

Logan and his team helped me out tremendously today! Had a broken refrigerator that hasn’t been able to dispense water for years and they fixed it right up! The technician was lovely and explained everything so that even I understood. So nice to have a good handyman around.
