The guy who came to look at our fridge was super nice and explained the issue. He was able to identify the main issue that others couldn't and let us know what we had to do since sadly it was more of a tech thing. Overall, great experience.

They were quick to respond, friendly and prompt. They were there when they said they would be. Techs name was Anthony and he was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend. Washer is fixed and I can do laundry now 😊
