The office staff was very friendly and my service technician was very knowledgeable and efficient.
Tech showed up early, was very professional, and very knowledgeable. He had our stove diagnosed and repaired in about 45 minutes. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Would use them again.
Came out when they said communication was great! Installer definitely knew what he was doing!
The team was so quick to respond and get us on their schedule. The tech who did our initial appointment and repair was so kind and even gave me advice on another appliance. In the long run, Mr. Appliance saved us money as we were looking to purchase a brand new fridge. Thanks, team, for saving us hundreds of dollars!

Repairman showed up on time and made sure of our dishwasher problem. Ordered parts and came back the following week and fixed the problem. Reasonably priced and efficient.
This was my fourth time to use Mr. Appliance. As previously I was supremely satisfied with their high level of professionalism and courtesy. They are quick to diagnose your issue and recommend what needs done. They present the plan clearly and there are never any hidden costs or surprises - you are charged what is quoted. They are great at communicating when they are on the way to your residence and are conscientious to clean up their work area afterwords. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair. It is refreshing in today's "throw away and purchase new" society to have access to appliance repair, especially when appliances are so very expensive.
