We needed an informed evaluation of the problems affecting our recently purchased Samsung refrigerator. Hunter from Mr. Appliance was able to come out the next day following my online request. He was early to the appointment, very efficient, polite and knowledgeable regarding the issue. Although he couldn’t repair the issue he was able to confirm that it’s still covered by Samsung’s warranty.

Robert C arrived early, as I had asked him to do. He was cheerful and efficient, fixing our fridge in 30 minutes. I loved to be able to use Apple Pay. I will call Mr. Appliance first, whenever we need a quick, honest, and efficient repair person. It would be a bonus if Robert could be available!
