I have worked with Paul thrice in the last year or so - twice for my dishwasher and once for my washer. He was great at getting my appliances up and running in no time. He’s so prompt and always responds to requests/queries really quickly, which I greatly appreciate . He exceeded my expectations every time he provided me appliance repair services. And the technician (Antonio) who diagnosed the issues with my appliances did so in minutes. The entire team is very nice and friendly and great to work with. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. Thank you for a great service always !

I am extremely pleased with work provided by Mr. Appliance of Katy. We had a problem with our Zephyr Range hood and our service tech Antonio took care of it. He was extremely professional, polite and helpful. We needed our dryer vents to be cleaned. Paul, the owner came right away and did the work. He was thorough, clean, neat in the cleaning of the vent and we are extremely thrilled and satisfied with the work provided. We will definitely be using them again and we highly recommend them.
