Our Results
We were impressed with Mr Appliance, namely because of our technician Syrrus. He was communicative, friendly, efficient, and on time—even early on his return visit with the part he needed to order. We’d absolutely call them again if we need another appliance repaired. I’m hoping we won’t have to but, if we do, I hope Syrrus is our guy!

Syress came and helped resolve our issue very timely. I had purchased the washer repair parts ahead of time but was unable to complete the repair myself. Carlos initially came to diagnose the situation. He returned with Syress who had an alternative fix method. This saved the job tremendous time and saved us, the customer, hundreds of dollars! Syress clearly demonstrated experience while working professionally. Thank you for the help!

Mr. Appliance of KOP was able to fix my dishwasher, efficiently and effectively. The technician, Darnell, who came to my home, was professional and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem as soon as he got there. He needed to order part and came back a few days later to install it. The dishwasher is now working again :) I had a very good experience and would recommend them for appliance repair.
