We used Mr. Appliance for a fridge repair and they were honest and quick with the repair. The tech they sent out was courteous and knowledgeable. They had to order a part and said it usually takes 4-5 days but it came in early and they made it out to repair our fridge earlier than expected. The communication was great and they showed up when they said they would. I highly recommend them for appliance repairs.

Technition was professional, explained what he was doing. Found the problem, fixed it and advised me what to do to prevent the problem from recurring. He was friendly, smart and efficient. I will call Mr. APPLIANCE in the future and refer them to others.

On time.Refrigerator Ice maker needed replacement- they had the part and took little time to put in. Checked over the rest of the refrigerator and said it was working fine. Knowledgable and professional.

We have called on Mr Appliance twice in 2025, the first time for our washing machine and most recently for our refrigerator. We had the same technician (Justin) in both cases and both times the problem was solved to our satisfaction. The services were not cheap, but the appliances that we rely on were back in service ASAP.

Had a dishwasher that wouldn't drain. Guys came out yesterday and took care of everything quickly. They were really nice and recommended some things to keep the unit healthy over time. Would definitely recommend
