Jerry found the problem, but he didn’t have the spare replacement part, so he had to order it and come back the next week. He did fix the problem though, and I’m glad to have my washer back in working order.

Trouble with my 4yr old washer since its initial install from Conn's. The installer did his best but it was never right. Then it broke probably because of our of balance. Mr Appliance came yesterday and it's now absolutely perfect. Can't say thank you enough!
