Showed up on time was very knowledgeable and helpful
The baking feature of my 6 month old Bosch gas range would not work. It comes with a 1 year warranty so I contacted the manufacturer. I was told that there is no one in Lake Charles that does warranty calls but that there is one on Lafayette. I thought that would take forever but was I wrong. The next day I was contacted by Tammy of Mr Appliance and she was awesome. She scheduled the appointment for the next day. Joseph arrived yesterday and fixed the glitch. It is clear to me that this company truly believes in excellent customer service and I cannot express how pleased I am with my experience.
Shane did a Great Job fixing our trash compactor. He took the time to get it right!

Joseph was great! He diagnosed the problem ordered the part which came in during the expected time frame and was fixed quickly thereafter. Washer is working great now. The only odd thing is I had to pay 100% upfront prior to the part being ordered but it all worked out well. Would definitely recommend.
