I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I called on a Monday to take a look at my gas oven, they came and diagnosed the problem on a Tuesday, needed to order a part, which came in and was installed Thursday morning. They were prompt and professional. I eben passed along their info to another appliance repair service that does not work on gas!

Mr. Appliance fixed our dishwasher SO quickly! It’s running like a brand new dishwasher. Tony was polite and professional, and listened to our concerns. He knew immediately what the problem was, ordered the part, and was back two days later to repair it. He was very respectful of our time. Mr. Appliance will be our first call the next time we need a repair.

I would highly recommend Mr. Appliance for appliance repair. They were the second company we called out to diagnose cooling issues with our 6 year old Samsung refrigerator. Tony arrived on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem in 1/4 the time the 1st company took. Parts were ordered and Tony returned with Ray to make the repairs within 1 week of the 1st visit. Both technicians worked diligently for over 4 hours basically rebuilding the refrigerator. The repair involved the sealed unit, something I found out not every appliance company is capable or qualified to do. The refrigerator is now working great. We couldn't be happier with the results. Kudos to Tony and Ray for their great work and expertise.
