The Appliance Professional arrived in a timely manner. He stated right away analyzing the repair of the dishwasher. He told me exactly what was needed and how it would be repaired. He went over the charges, ordered the new part needed, and informed me of the time line of when he will return to install the new part (within 48 hours). My bottom heating element went out on my old stove. The first place I called said it was too old for them to work on. I called Mr. Appliance. Alex was out to my home within, maybe 15 minutes. Quickly diagnosed problem. Found the part in town in stock.Obtained part and quickly had oven working. The entire process could not have taken more than 11/2 hours. I’d highly recommend the company and Alex ( and I don’t usually do these reviews).

Our dryer stopped heating and I appreciated their suggestion to first have our dryer vent cleaned in case that would solve the problem so we wouldn’t pay for an unnecessary visit.
