I was really impressed by the professionalism and high-quality service provided. Our dryer stopped heating and I appreciated their suggestion to first have our dryer vent cleaned in case that would solve the problem so we wouldn’t pay for an unnecessary visit. Alex, our service tech was both knowledgeable and very professional. There were several small details which leads to exceptional service. I was truly impressed and moving forward will only use their service.

This company is the best of the best! Replyed to my email within 15 min on a Saturday. They were here on Monday to fix our refrigerator. Alexander, the technician is outstanding. Incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent upstanding young Man. Kept us informed of what he was doing every step of the way. Thanks!!!!

Awesome company! Alexander deep cleaned my washer machine and did an excellent job! Very nice had a good conversation with him. He told me exactly what he was doing. When he was finished he made sure everything worked and thank me for choosing Mr. Appliance and to call if I had any concerns. Just to remind people they do tell you up front if anything breaks like parts on your old appliances it will cost extra. Which a lot of companies doesn’t explain that to their clients. I will use Mr. Appliance in the future and tell my friends and co work if they have any problems with their appliances to give them a call. Thanks for helping us. Nice clean clothes now.
