I made my appointment online the day before they came; it was super easy. The technician diagnosed the problem and ordered the part my washing machine needed, and came back to repair it within a week. We saved a bunch of money by repairing our washer rather than buying a new one. I will absolutely hire Mr. Appliance again to take care of repairs in the future!
These guys were great , fast response and quick resolve . Devon did an amazing job and got my stove up and running quickly. Thank you !

Mr Applicance was easy to schedule and the customer service called to confirm my appointment and kept me informed on when my technician would arrive the day of the appointment. Devon did a quick check and he completed the repair in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them again and if needed will use them for service again myself.

So honest! Our dishwasher was still under warranty and they walked us through the whole process. They didn’t even push for them to still do the work. They’ve done other stuff for us in the past which is always top notch, but I was really impressed with them doing right by the customer versus doing right by their pocket. Would recommend to anyone!

The technician (a very knowledgeable person) knew the problem and proceeded to connect to the refrigerator to confirm that he was right. After testing he proceeded to replace the failed part and checked that other components were functioning correctly.

My daughter , gave me their card. When we had a problem with our stove, called, they made the appointment, was fairly placed. The receptionist was very helpful and very nice. The tech was very friendly and let me know parts would have to be ordered. Came back when he said. Joe was very friendly also. Will definitely call again.
