I was so impressed with Mr. appliance customer service from start to finish. My technician Joshua was outstanding and did a great job in diagnosing what was wrong with my refrigerator. We called and booked an appt fairly quickly! Sean was our repair guy both times for our refrigerator. We felt very comfortable with him and he was very friendly! Called Mr. Appliance about wall oven making screaming sound when preheating. Sean arrived and diagnosed that fan was bad. Had to order and returned within time frame scheduled and replaced fan. My Kenmore Dryer stopped working and I called Mr Appliance. They came out that day within minutes. A control board went bad and unfortunately the part was discontinued. Sean the repair man suggested we have it remade. They sent the old board in and within a week it was back and the dryer is working again. This is the second time I have used them.
