Love this company!! They are in touch with you from start to finish. They send a picture of the technician coming to your house, so you don't open the door to a stranger. They are very knowledgeable and so personable! I always call Mr. Appliance for my repairs!

My refrigerator temperatures were very variable. He found that the hinges on my top refrigerator door were loose and the door wasn’t able to shut completely. He also cleaned the condenser coils under the refrigerator. He diid not leave a mess. He did a Excellent job for a very reasonable price.

I received a call that he could come early and I was very impressed. He got here and introduced himself put on shoe covers and brought in protection for my machine and got right to work. He also said hello to my dog, which was very important. He showed me exactly what the problem was told me exactly how much it would be After his diagnosis and took care of it in a timely manner so that I was able to use my dryer within probably an hour of his having come. I would highly recommend this company and Jake for courtesy, efficiency, and everything that is good about someone who comes into your home to do a repair.

Saved the day! Jake showed up on time and did a great job. We had a bad wiring connection on our commercial refrigerator. He fixed it and cleaned the area when done. Definitely we will call again!
