We just purchased a new washing machine in February. Had to call for warranty work and Mr. Appliance was one of the authorized companies for the washing machine brand. They were quick to respond and we were scheduled within a day of calling for service. The machine needed replacement parts which were ordered and received within a few days. Mr. Appliance was prompt to get the final repair scheduled. The tech was friendly and quick to complete the job. Overall impressed with the service and will definitely plan to use them again, if needed.

I had Charles from Mr Appliance replace our 5 year old leaking Frigidaire evaporator and compressor last year. 13 months later it leaked again from what appears to be a manufacturer defect, and even though I was past the documented 12 month warranty, they waived the labor costs as long as I was ok paying for parts. Unfortunate that it happened right after warranty ended, but grateful to them for working with me! Thanks Charles and Mr Appliance!

The technician from Mr. Appliance was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He reported a part must be ordered. A few days later he returned and installed the part. He was very friendly. Al Mays

Dryer stopped drying on Sunday. Scheduled Mr. Appliance appointment for Tuesday. Chuck was on time and quickly diagnosed the limit switch and thermostat to be the issue. He was able to get the dryer to work for a couple of cycles until the parts arrived. I thought the price was fair, and Chuck was very excellent. Dryer was up and running like new on Thursday.

Contacted Mr.Appliance of League City after another appliance repair company totally misdiagnosed my issue with my Whirlpool fridge. Upon arrival Blake knew what the problem was within five minutes & ordered the part. Returned two days later and had the job completed in less than thirty minutes! He is very knowledgeable and such a nice young man. Also Taylor who works in the office can answer all questions that concerned me as a consumer!!! I highly recommend this reliable & dependable company!!!

He did a great job. You need to change the policy about 3% when you are paying with a bank debt. especially when there is a down payment and then payment when finished.
