I scheduled service and they came same day, nicely done
I recently had the pleasure of working with Mr. Appliance, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Adrienne Moreno, the Service Professional, came to my home to repair my oven. She quickly diagnosed the issue — a fried heating element — and clearly explained the problem along with the cost. While the price was a bit on the higher side, it was well worth it for the fast and effective repair. Thanks to Ms. Moreno’s prompt service, our oven was back to working perfectly within just one day after it had stopped heating beyond 375 degrees. She was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. From scheduling the appointment to completing the repair, everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend Mr. Appliance for anyone in need of reliable appliance service.
