Had a great experience with the Mr. Appliance team. On Christmas Eve day, they were able to assess and repair our dryer.

So far - super happy with communication and timely show up, knowledgable David helped us a lot. However, 3 trips so far (eliminating one thing after another) and the fridge/freezer still does not work properly, but at least it turned on now - happy to revise, hoping that the 4th visit will bring the final fix on our Miele appliance, fingers crossed.

I was beyond pleased how smooth and prompt my request for service was … My technician was on time and very competent and professional . He immediately identified the issue with my refrigerator and went right to work to resolve it .. and he did .
