Ice maker on our refrigerator was malfunctioning. Representative on the phone clearly explained the pricing (cost for a service call) and scheduling was easy. Our technician, Steve, was professional and polite. The repair was expensive and had to be weighed against the option of replacing the fridge. We chose to repair. Parts were ordered while tech was at our home and shipped directly to us. Same tech returned and successfully installed the replacement parts. We have ice again! One year warranty. Mr. Appliance was good to work with and I would not hesitate to use them in the future ... parts and labor are just expensive.
