Able to make a speedy appointment. Very thorough job, it was a Kitchenaid fridge that wasn’t working. Kegan, the technician was polite and put on shoe covers when entering- not that it matters our house is covered in little kid stuff! He practically took apart the fridge making sure he covered all the bases. The fee for the technician visit was better priced than Diamond direct appliance, $119 vs $150. Kegan found the problem, gave me reasons for the malfunction and remedy options with prices. The part was ordered and he arrived a couple days later to fix the fridge with a promise that if the fridge started working again he could show up, check it out and return the part with full refund. I had him install the new part and now we have a working fridge again AND the manufacturer’s 1 year part and labor warrenty. All-in-all pretty great experience for an inconvenient situation. Thanks Mr. Appliance!

We contacted Mr. Appliance, a Technician was at our home early on Friday morning, confirmed the diagnosis for repair of our Samsung dryer. Ordered the part required for the repair. On Monday morning we were contacted that the part had been received and the Technician would be on his way to install the part and complete the repairs. By mid-day the dryer was repaired and back in service. The Technician was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and his work ethic was truly outstanding.

We had a hard time finding someone to install our over- the-stove microwave. We found Mr Appliance through Angi’s list and got an appointment the next day! Kegan was SO professional- put on booties, was prepared with what he needed, explained his process and cleaned up afterwards! Very happy with the job he did! Definitely will use them again!!
