Our dryer had stopped heating. I sent a message on the website and got a quick response with an appointment scheduled for the next morning between 9-12. Richard was our technician and he arrived shortly after 9, diagnosed the problem and was able to run out and get the part needed right away. Dryer was back and running in no time!
