Communication was excellent, from making the appointment, following up with a reminder the day before, notifying me that the tech was on his way (he was 20 minutes early for our appointment!) explanation of the diagnosis, and other pertinent information. The tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He even gave me some advice regarding my dishwasher and stove. Great experience.

Mr Appliance was quick to come out and quick to assess the problem. When they ordered the part it was a quick return to finish the job. The other business I called wanted me to wait a couple of weeks. They got it done in less than a week.

Steven our technician arrived for same day diagnostic appointment. I called many places and this was the fastest anyone could do! He arrived promptly, they sent me a photo of him in advance and his work truck so I’d know who to expect. Diagnosed drain pump needed replacing, I agreed to repairs, put down a deposit- he was back next day with the new part and the entire process was complete within 24 hours!! He was so knowledgeable to answer my questions and make recommendations, and the person who made our appointment was nice on the phone also. I think it was very affordable! Washer is working great again. Thank you! Will recommend for appliance servicing and would call next time too.

Frank from Mr Appliance arrived today on time then proceeded to analyze my refrigerator. He was able to determine what was wrong using the internal computer and explain all the strange things that the refrigerator was doing. He took the time to answer all my questions then fixed the problem that was causing the problems. In my case he had the part in his truck so he ended up doing the whole thing in one short visit. My wife, who was worried that all the food would spoil, was real happy with how fast Frank completed the task. I will recommend Mr Appliance to anyone I encounter who is looking for Appliance problem support.
