Our dishwasher broke and Jerry came to take a look. He quickly identified the issue and thoroughly explained the problem and gave helpful tips to look out for and advice on appliances. He was super helpful, friendly, and got the job done quickly and easily. Really appreciate his thoroughness and attention to detail.

Great service! Our washer broke late in the evening and we were able to have a worker come out first thing the next morning. We have an old washer from the 90s so they had to special order the part but came and fixed it as soon as it arrived. It was very quick too especially considering it was a holiday weekend! Would definitely use them again.

Jerry was the best! He came and fixed our dryer on the spot and explained exactly what he was doing and why. He also went the extra mile and gave me tips on some of my other appliances! Super nice and knowledgeable.

The technician was on time and was able to fix the problem at less cost than he at first estimated. We're renting and let him know that if repair was more than $250, the landlord would simply replace the unit. He right away let us know that usually it'll be a bit more than that, just because of his labor rates, which I apprecaited. In the end, he did it for far less, as it turned out to be less severe than it seemed at first. Can totally recommend!

Jerry found the problem immediately and even explained the issue to me and how he found the problem! He was honest and didn’t try to upsell me on any products. When he came to fix my washer he was quick and cleaned up after he was done!

I'm giving this place 5 stars, highly deserved on account of my experience with them (i.e. Jerry Najera was my Technician), Jerry was extremely polite and helpful, seemingly a young person with moderate experience. Jerry was able to quickly diagnose the problem, he had a viable part on the truck and was able to repair the washing machine replacing the pump within an hour for what I considered to be a great price. Considering as much work was provided and will be provided including their coming back to my home a 2nd time to replace a secondary part that is still needed, I would've expected the cost to be a little higher than what they charged me for the work they're committed to doing. I own a home service business myself, as such I'm acutely aware of the challenges and expenses these companies cope with in business and dealing with the public, as such I'm going to be evaluating these home improvement companies by a different set of rules than the common consumers might observe, speaking towards those who're always complaining about reasonable/competitive prices that are being afforded to them, or trivial honest mistakes that will occur sometimes... Reading the occasional negative reviews on this business and most businesses google accounts, it's quite obvious to me that many of these Karen minded consumers are completely delusional and unreasonable in their expectations and demands placed upon the people and companies they like to lament about... To sum this up, Jerry was extremely polite, dressed well, looked sharp, capable and almost too helpful in his manners and methods of being abundantly, unsolicited, nor required or needed to be that helpful... I would like to critique Jerry on one quirk of innocent seeming habit that was displayed upon his arrival to my home... LOL, its actually almost funny, not nessicarily a problem for me, but it could be misconstrued by the Karen's in the world if Jerry does not tame his exuberance for denigrating specific brands of appliances in peoples homes LOL, LOL... I'd probably like to advise and train my employees, being careful NOT to be so exuberant (unsolicited opinions), regarding how unreliable and junky manufactured specific brands of General Electric Kitchen appliances are, LOL, LOL I can't help but laugh at the comical nature of this image, a young man (so helpful and innocent), literally trashing my kitchen appliances with his opinions of how junky they are built, LOL LOL... You got to be careful guys, there are a lot of Karen's in the world who are wanting to string you up with rope for your efforts to try and help them as is clearly seen in the occasional negative reviews we get... I would just advise, probably should not be opining so exuberantly passionately negative upon the quality of peoples possessions inside their homes... Some of the appliances (Stove and Microwave) that were defined by jerry as junk in my kitchen, he was not even called to address these particular appliances, no need to comment on them or trash-talk the brand unless there is a real good or purposeful reason to do be doing that in a more diplomatic way of not trash-taking a brand, LOL, LOL, sincerely... Probably stay focused on the problematic appliance you are called to work on or be complimentary to your customers possessions. Your customers probably don't need to hear the gory ideals characterizing the lowly value and worth of all of their every kitchen appliances, LOL, LOL... I will be using and referring this company in the future, the technician did a great job except for his exuberance in trashing-talking the various brands of appliances installed in my modern $100,000 kitchen, LOL LOL! .

Jerry came out today.He arrived early and had the part on our Kenmore drier fixed in no time.He also showed us how to determine the competitive price on parts to make sure we were never being overcharged, and he did a fantastic job on our repair! Thank you!

They do not make machines as good as they used to! Thank goodness that there are still repair services with integrity and honesty that can pick up the slack when an appliance goes 'broke'. Jerry, at Mr. Appliance, was available within days to fix our clothes drier. I was impressed by the speed and thoroughness with which he dismantled our machine, assessed the problem, and reassembled it. The part was ordered (OEM!!), and Jerry was back out in a few days. With the same speed and efficiency, had the new part installed and running perfectly. Complete 'transparency" throughout the entire process gave me confidence and satisfaction. Definitely would call again if I ever have any appliance problems in the future.
